Expression of interest applications to study aboard during semester 2 close this Friday.

Students can choose three preferred destinations from over 100 partner institutions in 24 countries around the world.

To be eligible for the exchange program, students must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate program at the University of Newcastle, completed 60 units of their current program, and have a minimum cumulative GPA of 4.5 (credit average).

Participants in the international leadership development program iLEAD can receive up to 60 points for studying overseas.

The Department of Education is offering a number of exchange scholarships valued at $5000 for University of Newcastle students going on exchange to Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore or South Korea in 2014.
